John Turley
Advisory Services Leader - US
John Turley is responsible for SLR’s Advisory and Transaction Service team in the United States. He has led a wide range of due diligence projects in a number of industries. John has a tremendous understanding of the issues encountered by buyers, sellers, and financial institutions involved in due diligence transactions. This understanding allows John to design and manage due diligence projects in a way that provides all participants a mutual understanding of the EH&S issues involved.

Principal Scientist
Megan Coracci specializes in transactional due diligence and risk management services related to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She provides services to a wide range of financial market sector clients, industrial and manufacturing clients, private equity firms, and large timberland owners. Megan has provided environmental site assessment support for a number of national clients, and performed or coordinated thousands of Phase I ESAs with related Phase II ESAs and risk management services.

Alban has 30 years professional experience in the field of commercial, technical and environmental due diligence, across the waste and energy sectors. His specialist areas include; business planning and market analysis, strategy development and policy review strategic plan development, procurement support and operational service reviews. He has worked on transactional due diligence studies for banks; assessing the feasibility of numerous infrastructure assets, biomass and waste to energy schemes, business viability and environmental risk.
