    Andrew Dimitriou

    Andrew is a geochemist and registered professional geologist in Oregon with over 30 years of professional and technical experience consulting to the energy sector, including 25 years of regulatory negotiation expertise, design and management of multi-disciplinary environmental assessment and monitoring programmes. His current responsibilities include operations management and business development in Washington State, technical oversight, project management, and programme management of individual projects and term contracts with emphasis on assessment and feasibility studies, remediation, solid waste management, risk assessments, and environmental compliance. He has specific experience in DR&R cost estimation for due diligence purposes, site characterisation, human and ecological risk assessments, feasibility studies, quantitative soil and groundwater fate and transport modelling, emergency response actions, and community relations.

    Paul Wilkinson

    Paul has over 20 years’ consulting experience in leading and delivering large and complex programs within the power & renewables, resources, ports, industrial, utilities, government, and finance sectors, and has consulted across UK/Europe, Asia-Pacific, Middle East and North American markets. Paul holds a dual role within SLR, as Power & Energy Sector Lead and Head of Emerging Business for Europe, with a focus on low carbon energy transition, climate risk & resilience, natural capital, and circular economy solutions. Paul also leads SLR’s global Climate Hub, providing an integrated delivery capability covering climate modelling & data analytics, climate risk advisory solutions, climate resilient infrastructure solutions, and financial impact assessment.

    Ashley Gibson

    Ashley has 25 years of project experience encompassing product design, engineering management, technical consulting and collaborative research within industry. His mechanical engineering background led to him to specialise in the measurement, modelling, assessment and control of noise, vibration and air emissions. His experience includes environmental assessment and engineering design of electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including the management of research and development activities with power sector application. He was awarded his MBA in 2018.

    Stuart Heather-Clark

    Stuart has over 23 years of environmental and social consulting experience in Africa. His key strength is identifying and managing ESG risks for major capital projects from the concept phase through to the pre-feasibility, feasibility and implementation phases. Through leading Environmental & Social Screening Studies, Environmental & Social Impact Assessments and Environmental & Social Due Diligences for major capital project in over 13 African countries. Stuart has worked for and with a variety of firms to identify and manage ESG risks of their investments in Africa. He has an integral knowledge of the Equator Principles and IFC Performance Standards and understands the expectations of lenders and financial institutions when it comes to managing ESG risks.

    Mark is responsible for overseeing and providing direction on various environmental projects in the Energy and Power Sector involving a range of specialist technical skills. He has approximately twenty years’ experience as an environmental consultant and as a project manager/project director. This has included management of numerous multidisciplinary environmental teams with a view to preparing environmental impact assessment reports for submission to regulatory agencies.
